| HOW MUCH SHOULD I BUDGET?
Manuals require the work of professional writers, editors and graphic designers. Sure, you can buy canned manuals off the web for a lot less. If you want cheap, generic content, then we're not for you.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
If a complete custom manual is to be produced:
- An on-site evaluation is conducted and the job is estimated.
- Source materials are collected and writers go to work.
- Client receives first round of raw text for corrections.
- Corrections are made.
- Client signs off on raw text before layout.
- Graphic design lays out the manual/tabs/covers.
- Client may make minor corrections at this stage.
- A color proof is created for final client approval.
- To press.

| HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
A custom manual can be developed in three months, but this hinges on client response to submission of source materials, editing, and proof approval. If content is being submitted for publication design only, it could take as little as one month.
DOES THIS INCLUDE PRINTING?
Printing is additional and we have excellent sources to produce training manuals, which are labor-intensive due to die-cut tabs and collation.
